They have someone in the room who understands how governance, strategy, and technology work together to produce outcomes that are defensible, durable, and aligned to what the business is actually trying to accomplish.

The Experience Behind the Work
Foresight Consulting Group was founded by a practitioner with more than 20 years of enterprise technology leadership in complex, regulated environments. Our principal has managed technology portfolios exceeding $280M, built AI governance programs from the ground up, and delivered transformation outcomes at scale across financial services, Treasury operations, and compliance-driven environments.
In 2024 and 2025, she led AI governance strategy at one of the largest wealth management firms in the United States, overseeing AI initiatives across product, technology, operations, legal, and compliance. She built the intake frameworks, governance forums, executive dashboards, and go-live readiness processes that institutions at that scale depend on.
She holds a Master of Management Information Systems, FINRA Series 7 and SIE licenses, SAFe 6 Agilist and PO/PM certifications, and is completing an Executive Certification in Generative AI for Business Transformation from Purdue University.
