FCG’s founder spent 20+ years leading technology strategy and AI governance programs at regulated financial institutions and Fortune 200 enterprises, including Federal Reserve-regulated environments. That experience includes building AI governance frameworks from scratch at regulated institutions, designing technology operating models for large enterprise transformation programs, and leading cross-functional initiatives where compliance, technology, and business strategy had to move together.

Foresight Consulting Group was founded to bring that standard of rigor to organizations that need the expertise but cannot access it through a large consulting firm: documented methodology, clear accountability, governance-first design.
